Set in peaceful bush and permaculture gardens on the outskirts of Derby at the start of the Gibb River Road.
The location is ideal if you are coming to work in Derby and need a quiet place to retreat or if you need to get away from crowds and bustle and take time to work, relax, study or just sit and think.
Self-Contained
There are three fully self contained cottages available for short or longer term rental.
The cottages are simple in style, clean and comfortable, fully air-conditioned with ample parking, each cottage is surrounded by bush gardens and fruit trees.
All linen, crockery and cooking utensils and a Weber gas BBQ are provided as well as television and washing machine.
Options
The two bedroom cottages contain one double bed and one single. There is a lounge/kitchen combined and bathroom/laundry.
The three bed cottage has one double bed, 2 singles in one room and a single bed in the third bedroom. This cottage has a separate kitchen, dining and lounge areas and separate laundry and bathroom.
Available for short or long term stays.

Our accommodation is geared towards those who like a simple quiet life, who want to retreat from the world to relax in peace and serenity to meditate or write, to paint or draw or simply to read a book in peace in peace.
Once you enter the property the rest of the world falls away, we are located next to crown land and that crown land borders on the Marsh that stretches into King Sound.
Our cottages are surrounded by native bush and lush vegetable gardens so there is usually some fruit or veg to pick for meal.
