All our plants are grown in our home-made potting mix created with biochar, compost and local animal manure.

Consultancy and workshops

We hold periodical and on demand workshops in the various techniques and projects used in the property such as Bokashi composting.

Site tours where each different system is examined and explained in detail and there is an opportunity for participants to discuss how to apply various methods and techniques to their own situations

We can also advise and assist in the design and establishment of both large and small food production gardens and operations including cattle stations and isolated communities.
